The Berkeley Folk Festival, 1967

In July of 1967 Kaleidoscope performed at the Berkeley Folk Festival. The show was broadcast by the public station KQED. Though it's doubtful a videotape still exists, audio tapes of some of the songs have been in circulation for some time. The recording of "Oh Death" on offer here was obviously taken from an LP.

Dire as the sound quality is, the performance is strong, and it's worth a listen for Solomon, in full Ancient Mariner mode, launch into his "Death is a banjo player!" rant. A Real Player is required.
